LISBON - Brad E. Kelly, 38, of 8th Street, Salem, died at 1 p.m. Friday in Hanoverton from injuries sustained in an accident at work.
Mr. Kelly was born Feb. 21, 1971 in Salem, a son of Bill and Carol (Schramm) Kelly and had lived his entire life in the area. A 1989 graduate of Southern Local High School, he worked 16 years at Batzli Excavating Co. He had attended the Bethesda Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents of Hanoverton, he is survived by his fiancee Becky Stoffer of Salem; daughter, Emma; sons Gavin and Grant; stepdaughters Alexia and Darian; stepson Dalton of Salem; sisters, Elizabeth (Tim) McFarlane of Indiana, PA and Melissa (Scott) Carter of Streetsboro; and brothers, Jay Kelly of Fort Worth, Texas and Bret (Michelle) Kelly of Acworth, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home in Lisbon with Pastor Tom Allmon of the Hanoverton Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Bethesda Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9pm, Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family suggests that memorials be made to Home Savings bank, where a trust has been established for his children.
