 Salem High School Class of 1959 - Latest News 10-13-2010 - Janet Sooy Shears We received an e-mail recently from Janet's husband, Jan, explaining why she had not been to the class lunches recently.......... "wanted to tell you why Janet has not been to the class lunches. She came down very ill and has been confined to St Elizabeth hospital in Youngstown since Sept l0. She has a condition known as Polyarteritis Nodosa. Prior to her hospital confinement she had actually not fell well since July l6 and had not gone very many places." In a subsequwnt e-mail Jan said that he expected Janet to be transferred to a rehab facility soon. Janet can use our cards and prayers. Cards should be sent to her home address: 224 N. Bayshore Dr., Columbiana OH 44408. Also............ on October 5, 2010, Janet's mother-in-law, Martha Jane Shears, passed away at the Crandall Medical Center in Sebring.
