 Salem High School Class of 1959 - Latest News 09-30-2011 - Death of Clara Jane Schroeder Bell's Father SCHROEDER, Ernest 'Ernie' 100, of Springfield, died Wednesday, in the Ohio Masonic Home. Ernie retired from the railroad. Survivors include his wife Ruby (Workinger) Schroeder, daughter, Clara Jane Bell, son, Larry Schroeder, stepson, Don Brittsan of Urbana, 11 grandchildren, and also several great grandchildren. Visitation, 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Saturday, in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main Street, Urbana, with services at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Terre Haute Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Ernie's memory to Cornerstone Hospice, 949 N. Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078 or Grace Baptist Church, 960 Children's Home Road, Urbana, OH 43078.
